Hello all Silent Auction enthusiasts!
Welcome to our Fall 2023 hybrid silent auction! We have had such positive feedback on our previous hybrid and fully online silent auctions we are going to do it again! Here's how it will work, the auction will open before the Chancellor's Holiday event on Tuesday Dec. 12th. Items with QR codes will be set up at the event for folks to bid on in person. All bids, in person and online, will be captured online so you can bid in the same place!
Proceeds from the Fall silent auction will benefit Staff Senate scholarships for ASU staff and staff dependants. More information about Staff Senate scholarships can be found here: https://staffsenate.appstate.edu/service-projects/staff-senate-scholarships
The Fall 2023 hybrid silent auction will close on Tuesday, Dec. 19th, at 6:00 pm EST. We will arrange a safe pickup with winning bidders and payment will be in cash or check.
We would like to say a GIANT THANK YOU to all who contributed items to the auction and to Tammie Gelderman, Kelley Wolcott, Laura Johnston and Deanne Smith who organize this event. We couldn't have this much fun without you! Now, onto the auction!
First, please fill out the Bidder Information Sheet so we know how to get a hold of you after the auction is over. We will contact all winners once the auction is closed to set up safe delivery. If a safe pickup can't be organized, the winner will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Then, find all items listed below. When you click on an item, or item picture, you will be taken to a seperate Google bid page where you can see more about the item and then you'll be able to make a bid! If you would like to peek and see the current bids, you can do that from the item's bid page as well. After you make a bid, refresh the 'current bid' page to verify we have your bid recorded.
NOTE: There is a minimum $1 increase from the previous bid.
TIP: We tried to make the links open in a new tab but couldn't so when you click on an item you'll be taken to a new page. We recommend opening each item in a new tab so you don't lose this page. Sorry for the inconvenience.
