Join us for Fall Move-In as a Staff Senate volunteer! This is a great opportunity to welcome new Mountaineers and their families to campus. Volunteers help create a positive first impression by smiling, offering directions, and assisting with wayfinding around residence halls. Housing and Residence Life will handle tent setup and takedown—your role is all about making the day smooth and enjoyable for our students and guests.
App Builds a Home
Staff Senate is proud to partner with App Builds a Home, a collaborative effort between Appalachian State University and Watauga County Habitat for Humanity. This initiative brings together volunteers to help local partner families build safe, affordable homes right here in our community. By volunteering, you'll make a tangible difference in the lives of neighbors while strengthening the spirit of service that defines App State.
