Celebrating 45 years of Service!

Silent Auctions

The Staff Senate Fundraising Committee hosts two silent auctions each year to benefit the Staff Scholarship Fund and AppKIDS.

Fall Move-In Day

Staff Employee Volunteers welcome incoming first year students and their guests, smile, and give directions from tent locations on the East and West sides of campus. This project is done in coordination with University Housing and Residence Life, but staff registration is done here and is entirely separate from student registration which is done through Housing.

Staff Senate Scholarships

Staff Senate awards scholarships to permanent staff members and their dependents.

App Builds a Home

Staff Senate partners closely with App Builds a Home, a partnership between Appalachian State University and Watauga County Habitat for Humanity to help local partner families build safe, affordable homes.
